Start your experience behind the Jones Home in the bustle of a busy plantation kitchen and take in the sights, sounds, and smells of a hearth cooked meal being prepared. Journey to the other side of the plantation and learn what foods Mary, Jerry, or Willis would prepare for themselves in the Quarter. Pacific Valor: William Jennings Bordelon
Saturday 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.Pacific Valor, the National Museum of the Pacific War's living flagship history battle, immerses attendees in the stories of real-life Medal of Honor recipients during World War II.
