Capacity: 750 Bench Seating, 250 Lawn Seating
Pecan Grove Pavilion
Fee: $60, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Capacity: 50
Includes:
- Group picnic tables

Burr Oak Pavilion
Fee: $75, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Capacity: 100
Includes:
- Group picnic tables
- 2 Group grills
- Electricity – 3 electrical outlets (60-amp circuits)

Payment Options
We accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Use of your credit card provides immediate confirmation of your reservation. By check—Facility must be booked more than 60 days prior (for facilities $100 or more) or booked more than 14 days in advance (for facilities less than $100) to be paid by check. The check must be received within five business days including the day it was booked or it will be cancelled, and cancellation fees will apply. Your name, address, phone number, and DL # must be on the check.

Cancellation
- Free cancellation if changed/cancelled same day of reservation.
- Refund minus $25 administrative fee if cancelled 60 days from date of event for Facilities $100 or more.
- Refund minus $10 administrative fee if cancelled 60 days from date of event for Facilities less than $100.
- No refund is given if changed/cancelled less than 60 days from the date of event.
