The fourth lecture in our Red River War series takes a look at the aftermath of the Red River War and the relationships that had to be mended and forged. We are honored to have Dr. Alex Hunt from West Texas A&M State University joining us.  Dr. Hunt has been the Vincent/Haley Professor of Western American Studies since 2012 and teaches courses on 20th century and contemporary US literature, Western and borderlands literatures, environmental literature, as well as cultural studies related to regionalism, ecology, and agriculture. The program is free to the public and will be followed by a short tour of the historic Goodnight home.
