Conference Hall

Fee: $1,800, comes with catering kitchen. Admission for up to 200, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Payment Options 

We accept Cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa & checks. Use of your credit card provides immediate confirmation of your reservation. If you are paying by check, it must have your name, address, phone number & DL number. Checks should be received within 5 business days of making the reservation, or the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Deposit and Cancellation 

There is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit required for Pavilion, and a $200 non-refundable deposit required for any of the conference center rooms. Balance must be paid in full within 2 weeks of making the reservation, or the date will be released. 

  • Free cancellation of reservation if changed/cancelled same day of confirmation.
  • No refund if changed/cancelled less than 60 days from the date of event.
  • No refund/rescheduling given for no show.

Is alcohol permitted with rental spaces? 

Alcohol is not permitted in the open areas of the site. This includes grounds, picnic area and pavilions. You may serve alcohol inside the Conference Center and Brazos Overlook room, but it must always remain inside the building. 

Is catering included in the rental of facilities? 

No, we do not provide catering with our rentals, but I can provide you with a list of local catering businesses.   

Can I come the day before my event to set up/decorate? 

You can come the day before your event in some instances, but it is not guaranteed. You will need to speak with the site rental coordinator to confirm if that is an option for you.  

Do I need to check in at the Visitor Center before my event? 

You do not need to check in when you arrive at the site. However, your guests will need to come to the Visitor Center to pick up their (free) wristbands if they would like to tour the Townsite, the Star of the Republic Museum or Barrington Living History Farm.
