Facility Rentals

All facilities except amphitheater and pavilions are temporarily unavailable for rental while the site is under restoration. To rent the amphitheater or a pavilion, call 936-878-2214 or use the reservation form.

Pecan Grove Pavilion

Fee: $60.00 8:00am to 5:00pm
Capacity: 50
Includes:

  • Group picnic tables
  • Group grill
  • No electricity
  • Water nearby


Burr Oak Pavilion

Fee: $75.00 8:00am to 5:00pm
Capacity: 100
Includes:

  • Group picnic tables
  • 2 Group grills
  • Electricity – 3 electrical outlets (60-amp circuits)
  • Water

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Use of your credit card provides immediate confirmation of your reservation. By Check-Facility must be booked more than 60 days prior (for Facilities $100.00 or more) or booked more than 14 days in advance (for Facilities less than $100.00) to be paid by check. The check must be received within 5 business days including the day it was booked or it will be cancelled, and cancellation fees will apply. Your name, address, phone number and DL # must be on the check.

CANCELLATION:

  • Free cancellation if changed/cancelled same day of reservation.
  • Refund minus $25.00 administrative fee if cancelled 60 days from date of event for Facilities $100.00 or more
  • Refund minus $10.00 administrative fee if cancelled 60 days from date of event for Facilities less than $100.00
  • No refund is given if changed/cancelled less than 60 days from the date of event.
