Join us as we savor history through foods in El Paso! Using two historic recipes from the El Paso Cook Book published in 1898, the staff will explore the history of Mexican-Americans and their influence on El Paso’s development. Using squash, cheese, and corn, these dishes make for a light and tasty food experience. All ingredients are provided. Please call (915) 533-5147 to register in advance as space is limited.
