Tuesday March 10th we will have our second favorite archeologist (Jamie Ross) out to help us with an exciting dendritic mochaware reaction activity!  Mochaware was a type of slipware that was common in the 18th and 19th centuries, and dendritic refers to one type of decoration that looks like a tree.  This distinctive pattern was made through a chemical reaction, and you will get to try it out and take home your example!

Come and join San Felipe de Austin for a week of S.T.E.M. activities!  We have gathered our favorite people and activities, and we are ready for you and your family to come and join in the fun!  Activities will be running Tuesday March 10 through Saturday March 14 and will be happening from 10 am to 4 pm each day!  We hope that you join us for all the fun!
