While apple and chocolate sandwiches may sound like an odd combination, this recipe has been around a while! Originating from Ireland in the 19th century, this food item was the perfect snack for children and adults. While the type of chocolate used depended on who would be eating the sandwiches, educator Machelle Wood will explore those styles and encourage participants to try the varieties and determine which they prefer.
